Looking for a great way to keep your child moving and engaged this spring? CNY Flag Rugby is open to boys and girls in Kindergarten through 12th grade and offers a fun, fast-paced way to build skills, make friends, and stay active.

This non-contact program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of rugby in a safe and supportive environment. Whether your child is trying the sport for the first time or returning for another season, Flag Rugby is a great way to boost confidence, encourage teamwork, and enjoy the great outdoors.
