  1. Keep Brains Sharp with Summer Tutoring

    MHR offers summer tutoring for K–6 students in math, reading, and writing with flexible, affordable sessions to keep kids learning all summer long.

    At Most Holy Rosary Elementary School, we’re committed to helping students stay on track and avoid the “summer slide.” This summer, families can choose from two expert-led tutoring programs tailored to meet the needs of students entering Kindergarten through 6th grade.     Math Support with Jennifer Boice

    Beginning July 14th, students can receive focused math instruction twice a week for 45 minutes. Sessions are available in small groups ($30/week) or privately ($60/week) and will take place in the school library. This flexible program is designed to fit into your family’s summer schedule while providing meaningful academic support.

    Reading, Writing & Spelling Support with Patty Conover

    Miss Patty offers science-based literacy tutoring with small group or private options. Her offerings include:

    • Structured Reading Lessons using UFLI or Rewards Intermediate (2 lessons/week)
    • Spelling Groups with live meetings and online practice ($10/week)
    • Fluency & Sentence Writing private sessions using grade-level texts ($40/week)
